The new neighbors across the street had the giant pine tree in the back yard cut down. Otis was home sick, so we tracked the progress together. (Scroll down for a timelapse.)

We downloaded a timelapse app on an old phone and set it up on a tripod in the back yard. Came out pretty good and you can see the shadows moving across the gate as the sun crosses the sky!

(The music, by the way, is Otis and June playing piano in an old mansion in Newburgh, NY where we did Mt. Macco Xmas in 2022. I thought I’d lost that video or imagined it. Turns out it was hiding out on this old phone!)
