The kids and I were out at Seapoint, collecting rocks for Christmas gifts. On our way back, we noticed some people setting up a little bonfire and some lights on the beach. Turns out, we knew them! They were setting up a little solstice celebration with a bunch of kids. It was a tradition they started when their kids were going to the nearby Waldorf school.
