After a failed attempt to invite people over the other night (almost everyone called to cancel within an hour of each other!), we were left with a bunch of beer in the fridge. Amongst other things, I’d bought a six pack of Davidson Bros. Brown Ale. I was surprised to notice, however, when I pulled one of the bottles out of the holder, that it had not a brown brown label but a yellow IPA label! Now, I’m not as apeshit about hoppiness as I’ve been led to believe the typical beer lover is, but I do like an IPA from time to time so I figured "what the hell."

"Hmm…" I thought, "not too hoppy!" I really liked this IPA! I gave Sarah a taste and she confirmed: delicious! Then she opened her bottle, which and a normal brown brown label, tasted the same beer and realized that we’d been drinking a mislabeled beer.
