We’ve been noticing that in and around Kittery, people are generally pretty good about picking up their dogs’ shit. It’s the next step that gives them trouble. We see full bags all over the place.

Weirdest of all is that a LOT of people seem to be putting the shit bags under their back windshield wipers, like they’re going to throw them out when they get home but don’t want to stink up the car on the way. Inevitably, some of these bags fall off mid-journey, and then cars run over them and there’s shit smeared all over the street.

It’s disgusting.

I don’t know why this person used a Ziploc bag. And I don’t know why they hung it in a tree.
