We convinced the kids to sign up for a weeklong evening surf camp at Long Sands. Sarah and I figured we might sneak some waves in ourselves:

When we’d had our fill, we walked over toward the surf shop. We saw a couple small people riding wave after wave into the beach and figured, “that can’t be our kids…” But it was! They were killing it on the first day!
