The kids have been itching to go camping since January. It was way too cold out, of course, so we did the next best thing and set up a tent in the back room. (It took up most of the back room.) We busted out the glowsticks, cooked s’mores under the broiler, and read Blueberries for Sal. We also built a makeshift campfire by taping strips of tissue paper to a box fan and sticking a light in the middle. Otis and June had a great time not getting any sleep.
