Otis has been fascinated by this rhododendron bush we have next to our driveway. Since it’s one of the first plants to flower every spring, the bumblebees are all over it and Otis can’t keep his eyes off it. This picture was taken just as the flowers started wilting and falling off. This bee seems to be scraping the bottom of the pollen barrel. (Which, of course, reminds me of this.)
