Santa Barbara is loaded with beautiful cliffs overlooking the channel. Most of them are covered with ugly mansions behind locked gates, but a few of them are still open to the public. More Mesa, named after landowner T. Wallace More, is one such place. There’s a nice beach down at the bottom and plenty of trails up on top.
