Berkeley’s kinda funny in that most of the residential areas are full of single-family houses with yards but with the occasional large apartment building. The big buildings are, for the most part, peppered throughout the community as opposed to being centralized in one location. You wouldn’t necessarily notice it, though. This building is just a few blocks from my house. I’ve walked past it many times, but only recently realized how big it is.
