It’s the dry season in Stellenbosch this time of year. But despite this fact, at certain times of day, the large gutters on the sides of the roads would fill up with water. You’d come back later in the day and the whole thing would be dried up. This is one of the smaller gutters. The biggest I saw was about ten times this size. Curious!
