The park that surrounds Lake Eola is pretty nice. When I was there, they had just finished up with a fundraiser dog walk with a "Tribute to the ’60s" theme. (?)

The lake looked nice from a distance. There were plenty of birds swimming around in it too. But up close the water had that weird planned-community-turquoise hue to it. (You can’t really tell from this picture.)
