Recently, we had some guerrilla clover growing in a houseplant pot. I thought it looked nice. All around it, however, were hundreds of little black specks. For a while we dismissed these as dead ants (since we’d had an ant problem in the vicinity) or, perhaps, ant poop. (Gross, I know.)

Well… The other day, I was staring at a book and heard a tiny little pop. Turns out the goddamn clover was growing pods, popping them, and shooting its seed all over our living room!

I put an end to the clover. Though I expect that the hundreds of seeds it shot out will keep it coming back for quite some time.
