I thought this floor was going to be easy. It looked like the crusty green carpet adhesive would sand off real quick. But then I realized I needed to get the old finish off as well. And I needed to patch some big holes. AND I needed to chip out all the gunk that had accumulated (and been inserted) between the boards. Fortunately, I don’t think there was any lead paint in here. (At least not on the floor.) I sealed off the room anyway, just in case.
