I made applesauce the other day out of apples I’d found on the ground. It came out alright. Not the best I’ve ever made, but certainly passable. My father thinks I’ve turned into a gleaner (like in the Millet painting). I’m currently debating whether or not to poach some of this corn when the time comes…
