up to Mendo. (That’s what the cool kids call Mendocino… or at least the aspiring-to-be-hip coffee shop owners in the neighboring towns.) Walking along the boardwalk at MacKerricher State Park early in the morning, I happened to look up and see this contrail perfectly framed in the embrace of this seaside evergreen.
